Yes, with most current Holtkamper models, you can also use the kitchen while on the road. This is convenient when you want to grab a snack during a stop, make a drink, or cook while traveling.
The exception to this is the Holtkamper Kyte. In this model, the kitchen is not accessible in the same way while on the road.
With the other models, you can use the kitchen without having to set up the entire folding trailer. That makes taking a short break along the way just a little easier and is especially nice during longer days of travel.
